MEMORY QUILT SIZING & PRICING
I release a set number of spots every quarter on my memory quilt waitlist. A non-refundable 50% deposit is needed to secure your spot & will go toward the final cost of your quilt.
I provide several sizes of memory quilts which are listed below. Keep in mind that the suggested number of items/shirts listed below is a guideline. The number of items/shirts each quilt will need ultimately depends on how big the logos/pieces are.

POLICIES
Things to Consider

Your memory quilt is made-to-order. It consists of a custom design, solid cotton back, cotton batting, & machine quilted.

1 item is one side of a shirt. Double-sided shirt = 2 items.

Fewer shirts are needed if they have logos on the front & back.

Quilts are started in the order items/shirts are received.

5-7 days to complete your quilt.
Liability

Items that are shipped to me are used in the condition they are received.

I will not launder your shirts, but if there are unseemly smells or excessive pet hair, I will wash them at a cost of $25/ load that will be added to your final bill.

There is no pre-treating or stain removal.
Payment:

Pricing includes consultation; preparation; design; labor; quilting; & supplies.

A non-refundable, 50% deposit is required.

Additional clothing items are not accepted after you send your shirts to me.

Any layout/design request must be made during consultation.

Final payment is due prior to shipping. I will ship quilt(s) once payment is received.

FAQs
Q: How many shirts do I need?
A: The amount of shirts/items you need for your memory quilt depends on the size of your quilt. The number of items each quilt will need ultimately depends on how big the logos/pieces are. 1 item = one side of a shirt.
Lap: minimum of 12-18 items
Throw: minimum of 18-27 items
Twin: minimum of 24-36 items
Full/Double: minimum of 32-48 itmes
Q: What if my shirts are stained? Will you wash & treat them?
A: Items that are shipped to me are used in the condition they are received. I will not launder your shirts, but if there are unseemly smells or excessive pet hair, I will wash them at a cost of $25/ load that will be added to your final bill. There is no pre-treating or stain removal.
Q: Can you cut around logos?
A: All shapes are welcome: squares, rectangles, circles, etc!
Q: How long does it take to get my memory quilt back?
A: Each memory quilt takes about 5-7 days to finish + shipping time.
Q: What shirts can I use?
A: All shirts are welcome.
