Things to Consider

• Your memory quilt is made-to-order. It consists of a custom design, solid cotton back, cotton batting, & machine quilted. 

• 1 item is one side of a shirt. Double-sided shirt = 2 items.

• Fewer shirts are needed if they have logos on the front & back. 

• Quilts are started in the order items/shirts are received. 

• 5-7 days to complete your quilt. ​​​

Liability

• Items that are shipped to me are used in the condition they are received.

• I will not launder your shirts, but if there are unseemly smells or excessive pet hair, I will wash them at a cost of $25/ load that will be added to your final bill.

• There is no pre-treating or stain removal.

Payment:

• Pricing includes consultation; preparation; design; labor; quilting; & supplies.

• A non-refundable, 50% deposit is required. 

• Additional clothing items are not accepted after you send your shirts to me. 

• Any layout/design request must be made during consultation.

• Final payment is due prior to shipping. I will ship quilt(s) once payment is received.

Shipping

• You cover your shipping costs. 

• I cover the return shipping costs, including necessary insurance.

• 2-3 day shipping included. Express shipping available for additional cost.

Return Policy

• There are NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on completed quilts. 

• Completed quilts even means if I have started cutting shirts.
